Badly designed for what it costs
I'm not happy with these at all. I've owned them for just over 3 months, and in that time have really only worn them like 15 times. Went to put them on the other day and the loop that holds the lace snapped off. This is just poor design, if this shoe used regular eyelet holes like other sneakers I own (usually I buy New Balance 574s), it would have gotten more stars. As it is, I now have a busted shoe that I can't do anything with. The fit is ok, I ordered a half size larger than I usually get and they fit perfectly. I got them in grey because those were the least awful choice. Honestly they're kind of ugly, but the hideous black Frankenstein-looking walking shoes that New Balance makes are worse so I wanted to avoid those. Somebody needs to make a good sneaker for plantar fasciitis relief that doesn't look like it was designed for your great-grandma. For what these cost, I expected a quality shoe, what I got didn't last.

These were for my husband and he loves them. So comfortable while walking. Feels like you have no shoes on.
