Like the dual controls
This was purchased as part of a complete kitchen remodel. I wanted to find a dual control faucet based on friends' suggestions. I chose it because there are two different controls for the hot and cold rather than one that does both. Our grandchildren like to help themselves to water and don't want to take a chance on them getting scalded. It will still take some training, but I know they can handle it. We bought the matching sink faucet, as well. They look great!

Missing parts
Missing parts that connect the faucet to water tank. Cost an extra $300 for plumber. Not counting i had to have plumber buy a new faucet. Stuck now with this part. Seller non responsive to emails. Next time I have a faucet to install will purchase through plumber. This was my third failure to secure complete faucet through various issues. Boo on Franke.
