Doesn't fit, quality not great
For starters it was too thick for the watch. Maybe it's the watch, but it doesn't seem to have less of a gap between the spring bars and the case than any others. In any case, the strap wouldn't fit between nor was it possible to position it and then install spring bars. This doesn't seem to be a high quality strap. The leather has a papery feel to it. There were some lines or creases in the strap upon arrival. The stitching is very crooked/uneven. Not what I would expect from a $40 strap. I've purchased many watch straps over the years, from $10 cheapies up to a $200 custom straps, so I think I have fair expectations. Many of the $15-$20 straps I've bought are better quality, and certainly the ones I've purchased at this same price point.

The metal hardware was nice, but the leather was the cheap spongy stuff ...
The metal hardware was nice, but the leather was the cheap spongy stuff I've seen coming out of China, not top-grain, and it made my wrist itch. There are better leather Nato straps available for half the price-keep looking.
