It's very easy to change the plates according to your requirement,at our own convenience we can do exercise any time, quality of rubber is mind blowing but some plates have mini defect i.e. finishing of upper surface is not good but it's ok.Thank you Amazon to deliver the product very carefully ☺️.One things more plastic nut is not fixed with inside metal body

Good product
It's fairly decent quality and a good bargain at this price. Packed well too...which is appreciated.Aa far as accuracy of the weights is concerned, they are a little 'off' marginally here and there, but nothing that is alarming.
