Having been in the "alternative" health field for over 30 years, I have been around the block and tried many different cleansing regimens and supplements, and Cellular Tea is a staple for me and my husband. It is the detox "go-to" that I have settled on, after many years of trying different methods. The first step for a cleanse is to make sure the colon is moving properly, which means a bowel movement more than once a day that is well formed and easy to pass. I have tried different colon cleanses to achieve this, and have finally setteled on Cellular Tea, along with good eating, to achieve this on a regular basis. It works! And I love the fact that I am bringing these wonderful herbs and minerals into my body, (not just the essence - but the actual powder), and cleansing my body on a daily basis. We all have abnormal cells, and giving the body that regular boost to aid in handling these cells in the right way is paramount. I keep well stocked with this wonderful product, and hope never to be without it!

I LOVE Cellular Tea and have used it daily long enough to know it makes a big difference in my overall health. About a half cup before bed has helped improve my sleep and blood pressure, and drinking it first thing in the morning is now the beginning of a more focused, productive day. I started by using only 1/4 teaspoon of tea per cup of alkaline water and over a few weeks worked up to my current 1/2 teaspoon per cup. I also also add an a pinch of high heat cayenne pepper to each cup. I don't add any sweeteners, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't change the effectiveness of the tea if I did. When needed - like when a certain famous virus hit me - I up my tea to 3-4 cups per day. Thank you, thank you Renova Worldwide for making this amazing product available. I never want to be without it.

I didn't know what to expect. All those ingredients are definitely ones that I know are good for you but mixing them together I was a little concerned but I love this tea. Not only is it nurishing my cells but it taste great. There is a little heat which grows on you. I have had this a week now but really am enjoying it.

I like it as it is good cleansing of the body. The taste isn't the best, but good anyway.

You can take that any way you like.On the plus side, the physical ingredients of this tea are all real natural herbs with measurable biological effects that many people report to be positive. There are no artificial ingredients, no cheap substitutes without even anecdotal reports of benefits. I can't say that this particular formulation is particularly potent, but the individual ingredients are popular for natural teas.On the negative side, if it doesn't make you healthier, no one would drink it. The flavor is mildly unpleasant, although I suppose you could acquire a taste. You have to take some care to brew it properly, you can't just add water and stick it in a microwave. The package claims you can refrigerate it for three weeks, but I have my doubts given the chemical fragility of many of the compounds that are supposed to be doing you good.

I drink this tea every day after work for good health.

There are so many good ingredients in this. I am positive that it is helping me feel better and sleep better. Upon opening the package, the smell is a bit spicy and made me sneeze. Don't take a big whiff!! I started with 1/4 teaspoon and upped it to 1/2 teaspoon becauseI really don't lke the taste but thought that slowly adding more would help. Nope Still tastes bad and doesn't stir in very well. I am going to finish the bag using 1/4 teaspoon because that is what I can tolerate and then I will decide if the benefits are worth it. Four stars becasue of the taste, other wise a 5 star supplement
