Why doesn't everyone buy this??
I was living with someone who was adamant about buying the silica crystal litter, but I hated the stuff bc it had a terrible chemical smell, you could never tell when the crystals were saturated so then you'll get pools of cat pee at the bottom festering and smelling really bad when it's too late, and the stray crystals on the floor killed my feet every time I stepped out of the shower. Then I bought this as a xmas gift and they tried it really skeptically. But it clumps AMAZINGLY and it didn't smell at all. So easy to clean bc of the clumping. I have converted the people I was living with. When I get my own cat, I will definitely stock up on this stuff. Really is the world's best cat litter...

No funky smell, the only litter I will buy!
Owning cats can be a downer if your house always smells like a rotten litter box -- it's such a turn off to walk into a house and smell cat litter, even traditional clean cat litter has a nasty odor. For me, that's the main benefit of this product -- there's no funky smell! Some of the other 'natural' cat litters have that pine smell which I don't find appealing either. It clumps nicely and scoops well.I don't feel like I can rate it for how well it 'hides' odors because I'm a bit OCD and clean my cats litter box all the time -- I don't let stuff sit in there for days at a time. It gets cleaned at LEAST twice a day often more frequently, if I hear the cat go I go clean up after them.I love that it's biodegradable and I've always flushed it down my toilet with no problems (even in an old house)! It's the only litter I will buy and I spent 4+ years working in an all cats hospital and recommended it to many a client there as well.

Best litter I've tried; satisfied cat and owner
This is the best litter I've ever tried. I tried crystal litter, which didn't do much to diminish odor and had to be changed frequently. I used pine litter for a long time, but while it controlled odor, it tracked like crazy and the cat disliked it and would sometimes go outside the box.World's Best was a big change... right when I switched, I could tell that the cat loved it. He digs in it like crazy and never goes outside the box.And it doesn't track much. Best of all, it clumps tremendously well and you have the no-perfume, no-ammonia-odor advantages of natural litter. Since you can flush it, it's very easy. Best of all, I've found because you can scoop it, it stays clean for a whole month. Not having to change the litter frequently is worth the price all by itself.

excellent litter
I've been using this litter for 4 years now and it's been great. I used Arm & Hammer clumping clay litter for 7 years before that and it worked fine, but I became concerned at the way my fastidious cat cleaned herself after using the litter pan--was she ingesting all those little bits of clay that got stuck in between her paws? And what happens to the wet clay bits when they go down her throat? So I looked for something safer for her health.I tried several other types of litter, including pine litter and silica. My cat did not like those litters, which she expressed by leaving her poop outside the litter pan. Then I tried the Word's Best litter, which was a hit. I'm much less worried about the way she grooms corn bits from her paws, since they're edible. In general, the pros are:--edible corn is safer for my cat than chemical-laden clay--lighter and softer than clumping clay litter--clumps well (though you need to wait 5-10 minutes for wet waste to clump before scooping it)--flushable (which helps a lot with odor control of the brown stuff)and the drawbacks are:--true, odor control is not as good as with the heavily chemical-laden clay litter. Feeding your cat a good quality food and cleaning the litter pan frequently helps, but I'd rather deal with a few minutes of unpleasant odor than have my cat ingest bits of clay.--tracking. I have a rug outside the bathroom that collects a lot of the corn bits, but my cat still tracks corn dust to other parts of the house. This is actually easier to clean up than bits of clay, so I don't mind. I also think it's cute, since I can see where my cat has been sitting when I'm away from home. The dust level seems to be about the same as with clumping clay litter, so it shouldn't make a difference in how much dust my cat and I breathe in.This 7-pound bag really does last a month (though if you're changing litters, you need to allow for the base amount required anytime you change litters). It's lighter than clumping clay litter so it's not fair to compare cost by pound--you need to look at how long the litter lasts. I buy fewer bags of this litter per year, so it's really not more expensive than clay litters over the long run.In the end, of course, which litter you use will depend on your cat. When I once bought a bag of non-clumping litter by mistake, my cat sat in the litter pan and studiously threw it out of the pan. She also complained when I once ran low on litter and bought the litter available at the nearest drugstore. I don't know if this litter is the "world's best", but I can offer the endorsement of my finicky cat.I'm starting to get tired of my current supplier's 3-5 business-day wait before they even ship out the order, so I'm pleased to see that Amazon is offering this directly. Even with shipping costs included, I'll be glad to order it from here.(That's a really old picture, though--the current bag is yellow and blue.)

Best choice after considering my options
If the only place you have for your cat's litter box is your bathroom and you hesitate to purchase this because of the naysayers, do yourself a favor and buy the smallest bag convenient to you for a trial because I have found this litter: makes little to no dust; controls odors well and has no offensive odor itself; scoops easily because it clumps readily; won't harm you or your cat unless a corn allergy is present; requires no bags or waste container; but most of all IS FLUSHABLE. That is unless you like saving your cat's excretory products for later disposal which may be your worst option due to the nature of waste decomposition.

In painting red is the opposite of green.
Greetings,Why is the bag green; when you have one cat maybe two, the red bag is for muticats owner. The rest is written on the bag.Regards,Frédérick

Not good value for money!
Caught out on this purchase. Paid as much as I do for a larger size. Will only fill litter tray once. Very annoyed with myself.

The best litter we have ever used
This litter is excellent, it clumps so brilliantly so that when you remove the litter it is completely clean. It is pretty much odourless and our cats changed to it without problem. It flushes easily too which is great. We used to prefer the wooden litters, but for value for money, this is the one.

Really good product
Initially this product seemed expensive but after reading all the positive reviews I decided to try it. WOW!!! It's really good value for money as there is so little waste, it is much lighter than other litters, no smell and my days are very happy. Wouldn't change back to other litters.
