Antes de comprar el producto tenía mis dudas, ya que en algunas reseñas indicaban que no se veían resultados claros y los costos son mayores de productos similares quizá tengan una mejor descalcificación, por tal motivo me decidí a probar con este producto.En donde instale este producto el agua tiene muchísimos minerales constantemente se tapan las tuberías o la presión del agua baja bastante por el mismo exceso de minerales, tengo cerca de un año con el producto y me ha funcionado bastante bien, el agua se siente menos pegajosa y las tuberías hasta el momento no se han tapado, claro se en lugares con exceso de minerales se debe limpiar constantemente, y entre ambos tratamientos me a funcionado bastante bien, cabe mencionar que el producto no es para exteriores pero yo lo tengo en el exterior y no se ha dañado aún con lluvias y calores excesivos.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.De acuerdo a tus necesidades puedes optar por un producto de mejor calidad, aún que este producto cumple la función perfectamente y es un producto excelente con relación calidad, precio.

Good time for delivery.The box had damage to one corner, but they packed it so well there was no damage to the unit. It took me a bit to figure out where on the line I wanted to place it as there are options. I Installed it close to the water purifying system and at the start of the water entry into the house. This way I could take advantage of descaling the water before hitting any faucets or fixtures. The installation didn't take long at all, finished in an hour. I also had to make my own bracket as it did not come with the two sided tape, but no biggy. I kept the box and all the stuff inside in case I had a problem and had to return the unit. The Pics Tell More. Enjoy**UPDATE **This has been installed for a couple of months now. I did my D&D and cleaned all the faucets and any water outlets with CLR to be sure it was clean. As of recent I noticed a build up on all my outlets. It looks like the unit is on but is not doing it's job. This upsetting as I have all new water piping installed and was hoping this would stop the build up of calcium AS IT SAYS IT DOES .... but I guess not. So it is one of those buyer beware things. At one time you could contact the seller but this new AI thing Amazon is using is less than useless to get answers. They should have left well enough alone. Since I cannot get to the seller direct I cannot get the answer to the question , "of why it's not doing it's job" ... so now I am left hanging??

Could not use after we bought it, we thought it was an extension to make it power cord longer not so, t is only the same power cord that we had. Again, there is no good way of reaching this company to get any customer service, they did not respond to a previous email inquiry and they have no telephone/customer service line listed in their product information.
