I use these in my garage, van & camping. They tarnish in sea air, rust in my garage, get damaged in use, but to be fair they are abused horribly by me. They work great. When one gets beyond repair, i trash it. Even then i have cut the mechanism off & retained the webbing strap as it’s a strong tie down. At this price they are great value for money. I’ve since bought a second box of 10. Great products for price.

This product comes provided with 10 ratchet straps ( 25mm x 6m ). The straps at 6m means you can do more larger tasks which is definitely a advantage. Whilst there are no instructions in the correct application there is a link provided witch demonstrates how to quickly and efficiently use the ratchet tightening and releasing method. After using these to carry 1.2m x 2.4m 18mm thick Timber sheets on my car roof, I found the 6m length was a wise choice as many other products are only around 4m or 5m and the straps are strong enough to hand the weight. Excellent value for money.
