Finger Limes aka Citrus Caviar (80 grams)

I don't know why people are complaining, these finger limes are so fun and limey. They're supposed to be small and I don't think there's supposed to be juices like a regular lime. The flavor is in the beads of lime. I added these to an onion cilantro red and white vinegar based sauces for chips and burrito toppings and it came out so delicious. I can taste the limey beads and they snap and crunch.

These are so tiny. I feel duped. I’m not even sure what you would do with them? They very dry and very small pieces of pulp inside but nothing like what I thought I was getting. I imagined I was going to put some lime in my tea or water but you wouldn’t really do that with theses “limes”. Very odd and mostly useless.

Okay listen. I'm pregnant. We live in south florida. I had eaten a finger lime three times before now. But for whatever reason, baby decided we had to have them and needed them NOW. I messaged every fruit stand, park, farmers market, and grocery store I could think of, and none had them. So I did what any sane person would do and came to amazon. Lo and behold this angel pops up. Two days later this beautiful assortment has been delivered right to my front door. They're beautiful, they're super fresh, they're incredible size, the quality is outstanding, and baby bump is happier than ever. If you think you need these or want these, you are correct. You do. They are worth every penny. Get them.

I have had experience with finger limes before and am currently trying to grow a tree for the fruit. I used to be able to get them from a local grocery store but this was 10 years ago. However, I dream about them since they are so fun. These came in excellent condition. I know some people had concerns in previous reviews about the colors but they do come in green and pink. I wasn't so happy about the price... $45 for 12 limes of different sizes, really? but everything is exorbitantly priced nowadays. Sellers better be careful because consumers will stop purchasing. It's likely that this will be a one time purchase for me but everything went well. For your information finger limes are native to Australia.

They are smaller than what I have been used to in the past, and a little dryer.
