Heavy, sharp edge for meat.
They look nice, heavy material and sharp enough to cut meat. Size and length good enough.

Heavy, feels balanced and wonderful
These extra knives are as nice a quality as my main set. I’m extremely pleased with the thickness and weight of the utensil. it’s not too heavy, it is perfect. It’s 3 times the thickness of cheaper thinner weightless forks. I’ve always loved balanced silverware so I will buy from this company again.
