It is a mesh pvc beach bag. Fine material with no bad smell

Q: What is the dimension for this bag. Description says 24.4x14.6x7.5 and diagram of picture shows 14.4x7.5x19.5 so which is the correct one.

The first one, this bag is huge. Very well made

Q: can this beach bag be folded and put in my luggage?

It lays flat very nicely. If you have a larger suitcase, I'd place it flat on top. I suppose you could fold it in half but it's a little stiff in the mesh, you might end up with a permanent crease - but if that's not a concern you absolutely could do it.
