Breadman BK2000B 2-1/2-Pound Bakery Pro Bread Maker with Collapsible Kneading Paddles and Automatic Fruit and Nut Dispenser by Breadman

I've been baking with a bread machine for 30 years. Mine finally died and we upgraded to this one. The machine is HORRIBLE! As you can see from the pictures: Loaves are uneven and look like they've fallen during the baking process. On the MEDIUM setting the loaf is a dark brown to burnt - all on the same loaf. Very displeased! This is the 5th loaf I've tried in the machine and they are all the same. (second picture of BURNT bottom wouldn't upload).

I followed recipes exactly, but every loaf would raise and hit the lid and then fall. Wasted a lot of ingredients and time, only to return it anyway.
