MR.SIGA Toilet Plunger with Holder, Plungers for Bathroom Heavy Duty, White

I’m honestly impressed with this Mr. SIGA premium toilet plunger and holder. First off, it actually looks clean and modern instead of something you want to hide in the corner. The holder keeps everything contained, so there’s no water dripping on the floor, and it ventilates well so it doesn’t get gross or smelly. The plunger itself works really well. It creates a strong seal and clears clogs quickly with much less effort than the cheap plungers I’ve used before. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable, not flimsy or bendy, and the height is perfect—no awkward bending. Assembly was simple right out of the box, and it feels well-made and durable. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do, looks good doing it, and keeps the bathroom cleaner.

Let’s be honest, plungers are necessary but usually..... unfortunate to look at. This one actually gets it. It ships disassembled, but setup took me under two minutes. The pieces twist on securely, no tools, no guessing, and nothing feels loose once assembled. The holder is what really sold me. It keeps the plunger completely discreet, so you’re not staring at a rubber eyesore every time you walk into the bathroom. There’s also a slightly raised base inside that lifts the plunger about half an inch, which allows it to drain properly instead of sitting in a sad little puddle. That detail alone feels very intentional and well designed. Function wise, it works exactly as advertised. Strong suction, sturdy handle, and it does the job without feeling flimsy. But the biggest win is that it keeps the bathroom looking clean and put together. You can leave it out without it ruining the mood or the aesthetic, which is something I never thought I’d say about a plunger. Simple, effective, and surprisingly good looking for something no one wants to talk about 😅

This plunger’s design is very effective. The soft and pliable rubber it uses also helps prevent back splashes. I noticed this right away and will not use my old school plunger again. With this new plunger, it’s definitely easier to plunge with less effort and mess. The caddie is also nice. Easy to clean and looks very nice.

This plunger works great and unclogs the worst clogged toilet. I was having problems with my toilet always getting clogged, and the plunger I had didn't work at all. This plunger did the job. There is no installation; it fits in the small space next to the toilet. It's white, so it matches the decor in my bathroom. The material is sturdy. Great product.

Update: I've had this a year now, and it continues to outperform my old plunger by leaps and bounds. My toilet tends to clog often due to old, corroded pipes, so the plunger gets a workout. The trap that you store the plunger in doesn’t always air out as it should, but I've been able to set the plunger in it without it closing. When it dries, I give it a little push down, and the trap closes. Still a strong 5-star product. My old plunger is a thing of the past. ------- Original: When I was looking for a second plunger for my second bathroom, I read the other reviews about this product, which touted a short, flimsy handle among other issues and began worrying about my purchase. But, now I worry no more! Yes, the rubber reeked like a petrochemical plant when I opened the box, but the odor dissipated surprisingly quickly without having to do anything special (I think within 10 minutes or so). As you can see in the photo (I never dreamed of a day when I'd be photographing toilet plungers), the handle is a couple inches shorter than its counterpart but also MUCH stockier. Finally, the day came to test its function. The flange properly fits in the toilet drain with an excellent seal. One plunge, which you could actually feel was effective, cleared the clog. I have NEVER had a single plunge clearing with the other plunger! And, the knob at the end of the handle was way more comfortable than the point of the other plunger or the stick of wooden handled plungers. I have a herniated disc in my lower back, so I was concerned about the shorter handle, as I've been in excruciating pain plunging with the other plunger. However, the knob allowed me to grip the plunger with one hand while supporting myself with the other and, well one plunge! A much better experience and results despite its short stature. I think the original plunger will be replaced very soon given my success with this one. Apparently, the negative reviews never actually tried the plunger because it definitely feels more powerful and was more effective than other plungers I've used over the years.

Very easy installation, in the holder and has a much better quality than all the plungers I've had before, I think it is a great value for the price because that's sucker plunged much harder than I thought it would! Even better I was able to maintain cleanliness because of the feature. The holder has where you just put it in and tap it down and it closes over it. You don't have to touch it with your hands. It sits comfortably in the corner of the bathroom. When it is put away in the holder it maintains perfect stability, and also when in use.

While I do very much appreciate the practical and nice looking way of storing this plunger, when I used it for the second time, it left black marks in the toilet. I tried using a regular toilet scrub brush, but it did not get the black marks out. I tried the scrub brush with a chemical toilet bowl gel-based cleaner at the same time, and it did not come out. No matter how hard I scrubbed, it really did nothing. So this toilet plunger looks like it will create unsightly black smudge marks in your toilet, and they'll be very difficult if not impossible to get out. I'm moving on to buying a pumice stone toilet bowl cleaner brush now. That might actually work. But honestly, who makes a toilet plunger that leaves black marks in a porcelain white toilet bowl? Where was this simple check in the design of the product? I'll also be buying a new plunger. I might keep the base, though, and hope the new plunger works with it. UPDATE: After scrubbing for 10-15 minutes with a pumice stone toilet bowl cleaning brush, it only reduced the marks on the toilet by about 50%. It was lighter, but still very visible. The pumice stone had completely deteriorated, because I was scrubbing so much. Fail. So I decided to use a Magic Eraser sponge, and that remarkably did a great job of removing most of the marks. But there is still one mark deep at the bottom of the bowl that won't go away with the Magic Eraser. I gave up. But for those wanting the best solution, it's the Magic Eraser. But be warned, it might not remove 100% of the marks. This toilet plunger is going in the trash. It's not worth the effort of having to clean off marks that may not clean off ever. I was thinking about getting a new toilet bowl anyway, so now may be the time. Incidentally, if you read reviews of other black toilet bowl plungers, you'll see they all have the same issue with leaving marks in the toilet bowl. Every single one. Don't believe the reviews on any of them if they say they don't. They do. It's the exact same material. The ones that may not have the problem are the standard red rubber ones you find in hardware stores, with the wooden handle. I've had one of those for decades, and it never left marks in my toilet. But those aren't going to be as effective at plunging toilets as this one, because the shape is just the simple suction cup shape. It's okay, but it's a lot trickier getting it positioned right, and it will splash a bit more than this one. I'll stick with that old one I have and just throw away this plunger. I also have a compressed air plunger (electric), and that one works well, too, so long as you make sure you shove it deep in there so there's no way the air will blast out at you causing a big splash. There's also a toilet bowl auger, which you can use as a last resort. Those are super gross, but most effective.

I didn't think I'd write a review for a toilet plunger but here I am. I had to do it! This plunger is so much better than any I have ever had. Not only do I love the fact that it hide away & looks much nicer, but it works perfectly! It is so much easier than the average plunger. You don't need a lot of arm, wrist and hand strength at all! I love how you hold the end of it. It feels good in the hand and makes it feel effortless to do a job no one wants to do.

The other Australian reviewer was right, it is too wide for Australian toilets. It is impossible to form a seal. It's really a shame because it is otherwise great quality, and the holder is perfect.

I could not unclog my toilet for a week, I plunged and plunged multiple times everyday, scoured the web, and tried so many strategies to figure out how to solve my clog without shelling out a small fortune for a plumber. As a last resort I ordered this plunger and with just a few pumps my toilet cleared! This is such a good quality plunger and was worth every penny. The handle is easy to grip and the head of the plunger creates a strong seal over my toilet. Plus the container keeps it off the ground which keeps my floors clean
