Battery Holder, 10 Aa

Not all battery holders have the same plug in. This one fits the OnTime Elite Feeder and appears to be a quality product. The battery tension springs look heavier than the original. Works great.

I bought a wild game feeder in an auction and it was missing the battery holder. I purchased this and it worked perfectly. If you need a holder like this I suggest making the purchase.

Didn't arrive on time, so cancelled payment. Arrived a week later after cancelling payment and had to reinstall the payment. Very pleased with the purchase other than the promised time of arrival.

Allows the use of 10 AA NiCd or NiMH batteries to achieve 12 volts in an environment that you would otherwise use 8 1.5-volt throw-away cells. Allows you to use 10 1.2-volt rechargeables at their rated capacity instead of trying to use 8 1.2-volt rechargeables and only getting 9.6 volts and an early shutdown from sagging voltage.

Good product, a little more pricy than last year

I wanted to convert a 12vdc item from regular replaceable batteries to a rechargeable system. The unit I had used an eight pack battery holder just like this one but of course not 10 spaces for batteries (eight 1.5vdc in series is 12vdc). I needed something to to hold ten 1.2vdc AA rechargeable batteries (ten 1.2vdc in series is 12vdc). This was a simple replacement and it works great! Buy with confidence!

I am a ham radio operator and often run low power radio equipment in a field or backpacking situation. I use 10 rechargeable NiMH AA cells with this battery holder and it does a good job of running nominal 12VDC equipment. Very light weight. The terminals are dual snap-ons of the type you find on 9VDC batteries. So, buy a couple of connectors for this type of cell and you can fabricate your own equipment cords. Price is right. Quality is OK. Works for me.
