Easy way to get matcha, and it costs less
Matcha helps me wake up and get going without caffeine jitters. But it tastes like grass, so I add a little honey, almond milk, and cinnamon - tastes great and it's so good for me.

Convenient and relaxing!
To be honest I was expecting more of a matcha flavor but it tastes mostly like strong green tea. It’s still pretty good and relaxing. I would probably opt for something else when I want a caffeine boost because this one feels very light, but I still enjoy the convenience of these pods.

Cramps and Effectivness
For my body, these gave me a boost of energy that lasted for a good amount. The taste was good for me and my husband also liked the taste, almost like a green tea. However, I got really bad side cramps, bloating and gas pains from it as well. The first time I had it, tmi but It had me going to the bano 5 times in a day. I’ve had a cup on 3 separate days and the same symptoms occurred. I really liked the taste, ease and energy it gave but unfortunately, this isn’t compatible with my body. So after 3 kpods, it’s iver for our household.

Great flavor and quality
There is a residue that some people might not appreciate but tthis is usually the case with true matcha. Use a whisk and it's fine, or buy the pod version from the same company.

Really great tea. Not too strong! Really nice and soothing. No idea what moringa does. Probably antioxidants.

I really like this stuff! I feel a difference. I like how easy it is to use. No sweetness required unless you have a need to have things sweet. I drink this first thing in the morning and mid day. I will mix it into my smoothies. The portion size is great and strong. I am so glad I found this product.
