Includes three Stainless steel grinding plates & the 3/4" stainless steel sausage stuffer tube Grinding plates are 3/16" burger, 5/16" chili grind and 1/2" coarse grind This Smokehouse Chef unit is made to fit the Kitchenaid countertop mixer. Mounts securely into the front power drive. Parts include the cylinder, auger, ring, pan, stomper, knife, 3/4" diameter stuffer tube and (3) grinding plates. Easy disassembly for cleaning. This is a stainless steel part. Much stronger than aluminum and health department preferred. Dishwasher safe. This is a great accessory for your Kitchenaid mixer. Use the food grinder attachment to make fresh burgers and sausages. Includes three grinding plates (3/16" holes for standard burger size, 5/16" for larger chili grind and the 1/2" for coarse grind. Other sizes also available from Butcher-Baker). Loading pan is 8" x 6". This unit is made to last for many, many years - just like your Kitchenaid mixer.
