What a great headset for under £30. There are three areas that make this so good; Sound quality, voice clarity, and form factor. I should also mention that it has a 2 year free warranty as I've just read it on the case and which has left me even more impressed. Sound quality ---------------- I used this headset on 'MS Teams', 'Spotify', 'The Economist - audible edition', and 'Audible'. Firstly, I could hear my colleagues very clearly and, in some instances too clearly. I have used the headset for a complete day and was informed by my team that I sounded clearer and more naturally than when I was using my previous headset. Spotify was very clear and demonstrated the sheer frequency range of the headset. I won't be using this set for music but I do sometimes watch youtube on my phone and so good audio performance is relevant to me. Listening to the Economist really highlighted how good the audio was as, the Economist recordings vary in quality. This set revealed every background echo and imperfection in recordings that all varied in quality. Whilst this sounds bad, it is not. using my previous set, which reproduced voice as a bit murky, I have to turn UP the volume to ensure a constant stream that I can understand. With this set, I can turn the volume down to a more moderate level and hear every word, it just so happens that I can now also hear the ambiant sounds of the artist too. ' Audible' was perfect and, with the Conambo, listened to at a far lower level than I have ever used before. Voice clarity -------------- My wife will hang up on me when I use the boomless BT headset that this has replaced. This is due to wind noise distorting what she hears, as well as the reproduction being poor and difficult to understand. Using the Conambo, she thought I was inside a building during one conversation we had whilst I walking in the street. The down side to this is that I now have longer conversations with my wife whilst I'm out and about! Form factor -------------- Visual: Up to now, I've steered clear of buying any headset with a boom mic because...you look stupid. However, sound quality matters to me as I permanently work from home. I had not realised the level of quality one could achieve for £30 and a very slim double mic boom stem. I still look like a boy-band member of the 90s' but I'm happy with the compromise of a slim, stubby, silver coloured stem. The rest of the set is behind the ear and so hidden. Use: The single play/stop button is excellent in operation and the vol controls are easy to use. Pairing is painless and a physical on/off switch is the best solution for a professional WFH headset. Other: I love that this headset comes in a protective case. It means the headset is always protected whilst I move around the country throughout the year. I always plug it back in to re-charge after the working day. I know that cheaper Asian offering provide case charging and this is very nice but I rank performance higher than features. Summary: An excellent, high quality build, all-day long, headset which performs excellently and is very slender (visually).

Robust, good battery life and reasonable quality. Phone calls are a problem if there is background noise and the device flashes if the battery is low which isn’t great if using at night.

I bought this at the end of November 2023 and to be fair it's a good bit of kit and was over the moon to see it came with a 24 months warranty. The sound quality is good and is comfortable to wear

I like the positive switching of this headset, it is very clear with good volume controls. It is comfortable to wear and use.

People who were on conference calls and direct calling all reported I sounded tinny and far away as if I was in a large bathroom. Tried unpairing and then repairing but got the same issue. Sent back for a full refund , so no problems there.

I've always bought different bluetooth always but this is the best. Recommend

I expected better microphone, you need to talk laud. If you are person who talk lauder than other's it will be good for you.

Sehr gutes Headset mit super Klangqualität. Ich bin Lkw- Fahrer und benutze daher das Headset täglich. Dass die Steuerung hinterm Ohr sitzt ist am Anfang ungewöhnlich, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Im Lieferumfang sind mehrere unterschiedlich großer Ohrstöpsel, da ist für jeden Ohrtyp was dabei. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

This team has developed another quality headset. I am currently using the wireless over the head headset since working from home, and since receiving this headset I can wear them both one for computer linked calls and this one for calls on my iPhone. Sound quality is clear for both ends of the calls. Noise cancellation is also good as my air unit is not heard in the background of my work calls. Easy volume up and down without a need to pickup the phone, easily done on the headset. I have used the two sets of the ear tips, I really like the small tips for when I’m walking, good ear connection. Good sound on podcast and music sounds good if you don’t mind your tunes in mono. Headset has a good solid feel and the carry case is a good size. This is my third device and I have had no issues. Switch ears by maneuvering the boom mic and ear insert, that switch feels good and not flimsy. I love gadgets and devices and this one is a keeper and not a giveaway to a family member. Control placements are well laid out. Looking forward to their headsets that will rival the wireless beats pro!!!!! If you are looking for a quality headset with good sound for podcast, mono music and clear phone conversations while canceling out noise during your conversation, you have found it. BTW, left it unplugged for a few days to test the battery, very impressed with the life of a charge with regular call usage and not receiving a full charge. BigSip27
