PowRyte Compact Digital Tire Inflator with Built-in Flashlight

Much to my satisfaction, I can give this little "life saver" a 5🌟 review. When you're like me, traveling alone and get that "low tire", message with no store in sight, you know the feeling. This little compact tire inflator airs the tire up no matter how low it is.After I was released from the hospital and got to my car in the parking lot, I was devastated only to see my back tire totally flat. A very nice man stopped to help me. He pulled out a simular compressor and within 20 minutes I was thanking him for helping me. I asked him where he got the compact air compressor, he said he's had it a long time and got it at a hardware store. Once i got home I began my search. And, never disappointing me, I found it on Amazon. I got my granddaughter one on her 17th birthday to keep in her car!!I

First time I tried it I could not get it to work. It would work only intermittently because the cigarette power adapter plug would not make good contact. I would have to push it in real hard and then it might work for a couple seconds and stop. I fiddled with it and pushed it in again real hard and it would work for a few seconds but it would never work without me holding it in place. Seemed like the center contact button was not making good contact. I played with the center button and it did not have any spring tension on it. In other words I could push it in and it would not spring back. Then the thing burnt up the first time I actually got it to stay on for more than a few seconds.

The first time I used it, the motor turned on less than 5 minutes later it started sputtering. I checked my connection. The plug in cig. Lighter was secure- the wires were actually hot to the touch!! I pulled out attachment from cig. Liter and the entire metal tip was melting and it burnt my hand when I touched it!! This product is a danger and never be sold!! I wud give it 0 stars but they don’t have that or negative numbers!!

Great product! We used it right away. Pure coincidence, the day it arrived we used it to put air in the tires of my 2013 Toyota RAV4. My carhad sat for a week or so without being driven, when I started the RAV4 the tire light came on. We used this portable air compressor, it gave us the readings we needed and filled the tires. We checked the dash, check tires light went off, yeah!!!

All the gas stations around me charge 1.75$ for air. This is way more convenient than digging up quarters and it comes with adapters so you can use it for multiple things. Being able to store the cables and adapters in the unit is a big plus.

I like that it’s a small portable air compressor you can keep In The trunk for any time use, because it’s hard to find a gas station where the air pump still works

Have inflated the tire on my mini-van.. I use this as a carry pump in the air box of my Hawk 250 motorcycle, it works great running off a cigarette lighter plug & is compact..

Under powered but good for the price and gets the job done if u have an extra 15 min.... Thats how long it takes from 10 psi to 35....
