I FINALLY received these after waiting so long =) I was needing to get back into shape, but slim down and tone my midsection, neck, and back, ASAP! These weight management pills helped to achieve the weight loss, increased my energy once they peak, and helped curb my appetite to avoid the unnecessary (boredom) snacking. I will say I did get slight headaches with these, but they weren’t terrible. Also the energy it gave me came in spurts so to speak, so sometimes I’d feel the increase in energy, then it would be like I needed a nap the next moment. I have been using these 16-Day Weight Loss Fat Fuel supplements and I can feel the burn of the metabolism boost. It does make me hotter, but, when you feel that effect you know the stuff is for real.

Decided to take this 16 day weight loss fat fuel capsules. I gain about 20lbs while in the house during this pandemic. I work overnights & I walking all night long. I have been taking these pills for a week so far. I only have been taking 1 day versus 2 a day. Not exercising but eating healthier. I have lost 4 lbs. I know a big part is the diet but these pills did help. Curious to see what the final lb lose is after using up the whole bottle. I will update my review when I have done so.

I honestly can’t say these dietary pills have helped me burn any fat!

I decided to try this in hopes of boosting my metabolism. I am 52 and struggling with weight. I would love to lose about 20 lbs if not 25. I weigh 145 lbs and I'm 5 ft. Menopause weight gain has really been a struggle. I got up to 150 and lost the 5 lbs. I don't over eat (my husband says I'm under on calories) and I'm very active. I am hoping this can kick start my system back up. I am only taking 1 before breakfast and 1 before lunch (I have enough trouble sleeping, I don't want to make it even harder). I have had no upset stomach amd no jitters. I may go to 2 in the morning if I have no side effects. I will update when I finish the bottle.
