Worked great !!
I have Spectrum phone- internet and cable boxes. All my tv boxes were in the “Please standby mode” and the internet and phone were working fine (Due to the passive connection within the amplifier. These signals bypass the amplifier. FYI the green lights were both on, on the bad amplifier. The power supply was working fine but the amp was bad) Installed the new amplifier and everything works great. Happy customer!!

Wtf cares about the sticker?
bottom line, these things are low tech. But they work if you just read the instructions. I am not a cable installer, I am a property owner, and landlord. And that means that I actually give a s*** about how the line is run, and signal strength. It makes a huge difference in how often you have to reset your modem, as well as speed and picture.I first used one of these in a renovation on a large old house where the cable had been retrofitted and the cable guys had slung it all around the outside of the house. I didn't know what they did. All I knew was that the picture was s***e, and out Internet would go out 3 times a week, while communist-cast would have no idea why. They would send techs out who said everything was fine. When I did my remodel on the house, I bought a spool of bright wire, and drug the lines inside. I pulled their amp out of their box and set it inside with a dedicated plug next to the amp. The result? Problems went away. Internet was solid, HD was solid. You CANNOT put the output 2 power line more than 100ft away. Do yourself a favor and run a dedicated circuit for output 2 right next to the amp. Even if you don't, read the instructions and keep output 2 within 100 feet LINE DISTANCE from the amp. My wife bought the next house while I was deployed and had the same problems(we love old houses). I just installed this, restrung my bright wire and it all went away. It arrived as an amerex instead of extreme broadband, but the ports and specs were the same. I pinned it with a multimeter and there was no difference. As a fun fact, the local cable company had a passive amerex splitter in the box. Just follow you instructions, run an rg6 line and use compression fittings and you will see a difference. While you are at it, use a jobber bit and remodel boxes and run your cable in the wall, and not out of the floor. It's a lot classier and shows renters/ house buyers that you give a crap. And NEVER let your local cable company run your lines. They will never get it right. I would recommend this product and seller to my friends. Shipping takes a minute, but it's worth it

Highly Recommend!
I used this to install a MoCA network (internet over TV coax), to boost my poor provider signal, and to reduce home Wi-Fi traffic which significantly boosted overall device speeds. Prior to install, Wi-Fi speeds were 300-500 Mbps and are now ~800+ Mbps. While I wanted a splitter with a built in MoCA filter enabling me to use a single MoCA amplifier... adding a seperate line filter to the input was easy, AND had very pleasant unexpected results. My internet provider now only sees a fraction of my usage. Even with content settings set at max 4K-8K streaming movie resolutions requiring massive GB downloads, my monthly usage (last 6 months) has been under 40GB when it previously averaged 900GB to 1.4TB with lower streaming movie resolution settings. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this device!

Quality built no signal loss on OTA(over the air) antenna to all 8 of my TV's
Quality built and does exactly what it is suppose to do. So many flexible ways to install it!!!!!! Be sure to use the little 3 prong filter to the power supply to filter out any possible power noise. Be sure to terminate/cap the open port. And terminate/cap all unused ports.......Unless you view the video's they provide, install is a bit mystery. One way is power transformer to wall outlet power supply, three prong device to power transformer, run coax from 3 prong device to power input on 8 port splitter, cap/terminate the one open plug(threaded port), input antenna cable into the input port on splitter, connect output coax cables to all/any tv. Cap/terminate any unused port.
