I use this in my chili recipe. Great flavor. Good price.

I make a lot of sausage on my farm. My hot Italian is a recipe used for the feats in New York. So flavor is a must. Look at the beautiful color in my sausage. And the flavor? Spot on. It’s my go to paprika.

I can't eat alliums (intolerance, not allergy), and without garlic and onions in my spice drawer, I've had to find other spices to boost the flavor. Paprika is by far my favorite, and these giant Badia bottles have been my go-to for years. Very sad when the local grocery stores stopped carrying, thrilled to find it at the same low price here at Amazon.The flavor is superb, though slightly less intense than certain European brands. It's every bit the equal of other common grocery store paprikas, though!

Nice bottle true to size

I got this powder and its quality is good and it lasts long with me. This is not a small bottle. Plus, it is GLUTEN FREE and CELIAC FRIENDLY.

Saved a bunch over local stores. Nice flavor.

This Badia paprika has been great! It's caused me 0 issues at all.My little McCormick bottle of Paprika ran out, so I bought another identical McCormick bottle of Paprika. Suddenly I thought I was intolerant to paprika, because I was dying for 3 weeks straight before I realized... my symptoms started when I replaced my paprika. And as you know, if you're GF, the celiac community loves McCormick ("as long as the McCormick bottle is a single-spice-ingrediant bottle, it's safe"). Yeah no. I stopped using the paprika and I improved over the next week or two.I bought this Badia paprika, since McCormick betrayed my trust, and it's been perfect. I've probably used around 1/4 of this Badia paprika already and I've experienced 0 symptoms (paprika is one of the 4-5 spices I can safely consume at this time). I was shocked the McCormick paprika turned out to be cross contaminated, but I'm thankful for Badia. I'll be using Badia paprika indefinitely, unless I'm given a reason to stop in the future.Disclaimer: I'm in no way affiliated with McCormick, and I do still use some of their other single-ingrediant-spices.
