What I love about these are the fact that the serving is 1 tablet. They are thin in size and easy to swallow with no odor. I had low energy and after taking the supplements, I have felt a burst of energy and reduced brain fog. I would recommend this brand to every woman especially those who are menopausal.

It's pure encapsulated B-complex, the only one I use. Don't just take my word for it; you'll have to try it yourself. Nice energy from it. I moved it from its white bottle into a glass bottle.

Best B-vitamin on the market. If you do your research on different forms of B vitamins you'll easily find there's A LOT of crap on the market, but this one was actually the ONLY ONE that I liked after going through the 30 or so B complexes on Amazon.
