NemaKnights Biological Nematodes Insect Control for Slugs & Snails, 280G (Up to 20 Sq.m)

This product is very easy to use, and seemed to reduce the amount of snails we have (and we had a lot) the only thing is if there are still some left they will increase quickly so would need to keep repeating the treatment. Overall very pleased as kept them off eating all our raspberries.

I used this product whilst waiting for my water based nematoads to arrive, The slug problem I had diminished seemingly overnight. They work well. or seemed to in my case.I checked regularly and found only a handful of the slimy enemy compared to the virtual army of them I had previously.Getting them out of the container gets more difficult as you go down the tube but add a splash of water and they pour out nicely.All in all... happy!!

I can't say if this is going to work or not - only just applied it.I can say that getting the stuff out of the pot was almost impossible - it's small beads in a little bit of liquid. They get stuck in the liquid and don't pour out smoothly - you have to hit the base of the pot to get anything out.I also don't know how much I needed to apply - what sort of coverage etc.Let's hope it redeems itself by actually working.

I have a big issue with slugs and snails and this was the big hope. Having waited a long time for delivery I eagerly applied liberally following the instructions but 2 weeks, a month and 6 weeks later I'm still plagued by the pests. If this was a cheap solution that hadn't done much I'd understand however it isnt and I'm really disappointed. If this was a normal shop I'd be demanding my money back!

Easy to use and effective. Been quite hot and dry so needed to water in.

Since using this we have not got a problem with slugs or snails happy.

Used in a raised bed had previously used a different product which worked for a few months thought I would give this a go . Lost all my beans and my cabbage and lettuce seedlings. Followed instructions but slugs still happily feeding on my produce.

I didn't have high hopes that this would actually work, but I tried it 9 weeks ago as an experiment because I refuse to use harmful slug pellets but I was fed up with having my plants eaten. I was amazed at how effective this has been - no slug damage at all. The tub has lasted for 2 applications (one 9 weeks ago and one today), so I'm buying another tub so I don't run out. I'll always use this in future. It's not cheap but nor are the plants that were being eaten before I bought it!Only negative point is that it is hard to get the squidgy little pellets out of the tub when you're close to the bottom, I take the lid off and use an old spoon with a long handle. Unlike other biological slug control products that I looked at this one doesn't need to live in the fridge, so I've stored it in the garage and it's worked fine. Spread the squidgy little pellets around the base of your plants, then water well for the next few days. The more it rains the better the product seems to work, so make sure you keep the soil moist during dry spells.
