I have not had any overheating issues due to weather in my year of use (including humid 80-90% and hot 85+ degrees days). The only time I had an issue was when I accidentally put a heating pad directly on my belt and left it there for an extended period.

No, it does not have a zipper or Velcro. Friction does keep the pump from popping out. The tube does have a tendency to pop out though.

OK BUT i AM SURE THERE ARE BETTER ON MARKET+

Good belt holds everything effeciently but the belt easily twists on it self and the velcro attacher is a bit cumbersome to operate when one has decreased sensation of the fingers/hands.
