Gripping plot ….. really enjoyed this book , had you questing with each twist and turn . Quite pleased I guessed correctly towards the end . Also brilliant portrayal of the characters especially Lucy and the children . I thought the ending was perfect … again it just left you guessing … it would have been too obvious to announce the verdict .

Well written and has you hooked. Could not put this book down. Disappointed with the end thought it could have taken another chapter. Would recommend as it is a great read.

I was enjoying the book very much then it ended mid story.There was so much more to this story and no follow on book..what a shame

Loved this Book until the ending...where I was a bit puzzled as to why we didn't find out what happened to Stella! The build up to the Trial..then we get to the bit where everyone's sitting down in the Courtroom...then nothing..THE END..feel a bit let down at such a strange ending...

I wouldn’t have chose to read this book if I realise it was going to be about surrogacy. I found it dragged in and the ending was terrible . I hate to leave bad reviews especially when it’s down to a personal choice all I can say is this story line was not for me

I really enjoyed this book all the way through, I thought it was a great read that kept me gripped until the ending.The ending was disappointing, it ended abruptly at the court case, I really want to know the outcome. Everyone sat down at the start of the case and it ended, it felt as if there was no point in the story if we didn't get to find out happened.I wouldn't recommend this book solely because of the ending. I feel a good read like this either needs a good ending or if left a cliffhanger then at least have a sequel.
