Avoid this product.. This is supposed to be the "new" version of the 18 boxes of Kleenex Trusted Care tissues with 160 count boxes. The individual tissue boxes are identical in size to the 144 count boxes. The manufacturer has Stuffed 160 tissues into a box that was meant to hold 144. So when you try to pull out the first tissue, you will get whole handful of tissues. Waste more to drive up the profit? Also.. Do the math, and the price per tissue is More for the 160 count box case of 18 as compared to the 144 count box case of 18. Poor Quality.

About 1/3 of the boxes in the case have some kind of stuff in with the tissues. It's white, soft material in little clumps, and it's almost powdery: at least, if any gets on your clothes it leaves residue behind.

My biggest complaint is that three or four times in every box, the next tissue doesn't dispense and you have to dig down in the box to find the next one.Amazon's Solimo brand dispenses every time. Pay attention Kleenex, your quality is not up to your competition.

Love this brand. Great quality, plush and thick. As far as value the price has increased greatly since the pandemic but it is expected that the increase in materials will increase the cost which will be passed on to consumers.

I buy these regularly but the last order got a little goofed up. The got the address wrong and also sent something else according to the weight. But they replied quickly and courteously and got it taken care of immediately. Excellent 🤙
