Small and cannot put any pressure on it. You can barely hook it around you torso. I'm not fat or anything. I'm a massage therapist myself so I thought it would be cool to have something small to keep with me but goodness this thing is horrible! The picture shows you the size in inches but doesn't have a pic to show you how small it is compared to a body. What a let down. When I got it hooked on a trigger point and got to put some pressure on it, the thing just bends and doesn't give you any kind of relief. BIG WASTE OF MONEY. The seller contacted me through email to get me to try and change this review but no way I'm not gonna lie to you guys. They even said in the email 'have you not imaged the stick before buy'. Rude as hell. Yes I imaged the stick!!! You didn't have an image that was put up to someone's torso so I trusted what you had. What a con. This thing is great for the price I have neck problems so thats what I'm using it for and I'm getting the perfect amount of pressure in the right spots
