Q: The straw doesn’t pull water normally. You cannot get a full gulp of water. Anyone know how to fix this problem!?

Can you draw from the straw alone? If not, the straw needs to be replaced. If you can, try resetting the straw into the lid. If that doesn’t work then the lid needs to be replaced. Contact the company to check on a warranty.
