Really liking the product. Once appled to hair, hair becomes easier to manage, tangles easy to remove and smells really nice. Recommends to anyone especially those with course hair.

I wish I could have read the instructions but I had to go online and find out how to use this product. The instructions were in a different language. Because of that I will buy from someone else the next time

See my photos... My complaint is in regard to the text on the back of container... there are 2 paragraphs of text, in 2 different languages - but, NOT in English? WHAT? -- This is sloppy Proctor & Gamble.-- I am assuming this copy is telling me how to use this product. >>You need to provide the translation for this product and email it to me!The other uncomfortable issue is when you received a "New" item and it looks like it might be used. >>Check out the 'scotch tape' on the container from the top to bottom on one side. Packaging instructions are in a non-English language. Container and labeling is old and worn, and the container is not sealed. No one trusts using a product that comes in packaging that looks like they pulled it from the trash. This vendor should be banned.
