Like a traditional foam mannequin - lightweight, easily pinnable and can withstand decent weight from a headdress/prop.Unlike the classical mannequin, foam is not covered by fabric and instead sprayed with "velvety" type of paint. It leaves small dust residue after you touch it. I'd advice anyone to wipe the mannequin head down with a damp cloth. Otherwise, the product is as accurate as the pictures would suggest.They also packaged the goods very well. The products arrived with bubble wrap completely encasing each head inside individual pockets, therefore, preventing each mannequin head from touching one another. The leftover space was filled with thick brown paper so that the package contents wouldn't move around much.

This mannequin heads are really good. Really good quality too. These will display my wigs very neatly saving me to store them into a plastic bag all the time. Great product

Decent quality, just didn’t weigh much so can topple over easily if weight of hats aren’t distributed evenly

Used to display a mask and it fits perfectly. No base needed and is free standing just fine, although may struggle if displaying something heavy as the head is fairly light.

In general these are a lovely dark black but I had some flaws on mine that ruined some of my photography. And, they are smaller than a Small Size female hat and as I knitted some tight beanie style hats they looked a bit looser and the brim came down too far on the non slouchy ones. A Medium Adult Head is around 56 cm circumference around brow top of ears. And should be around 21.5 cm depth. These mannequins measured 50 cm cirvumf and around 18 cm depth top if ear to Crown. Both of my heads looked like the cheeks had rubbed against something or each other in transit and had bald patches where the Velvet flock was stripped off and also looked white. This ruined my photos. I needed a perfect nlavk and it's too time consuming to edit out, plus too expensive as I hire photographers. But if you can get a perfect set, they'd be awesome if you don't mind them being on the smaller size.

They came with the noses all caved in, and seems bad quality. Could have happened in transit. I was going to return but it said they needed to be returned in prestine condition or I'd not get a full refund, and they aren't in that condition now, that's the issue! I'd rather not have the headache, though I won't purchase again.
