I run a lot, which includes running in the winter when it's cold. I wear tights to keep the muscles somewhat warm, but more importantly the compression helps keeps the legs loose. Obviously a thin layer of material can only provide so much warmth but these do seem to do better than loose cotton or polyester pants (aka joggers).They're not super tight compression, but there is enough to be effective. There's even a pocket which is probably designed to hold a phone. The pocket is on both sides, which is nice so us lefties aren't forced to use the wrong side like most right-hand designed stuff does. The pocket is fairly deep and the phone is pretty secure. I don't know if I'd run with my phone in it, but it's good to hold my phone during warm up, cool down, or other non-running training (such as weight training, riding, etc).I've also got a few pair of these in shorts for when it's slightly warmer, but not quite shorts weather. I'm completely happy with them. My only complaint is that there aren't more colors or patterns.

They are really good for sport indoor or outdoor, for underware to avoid cold.Confortable, not to pricey for the product quality!

I like them the fit snug are stretchy and easy to move in. I wear these for thermals and they are comfortable all day working. I would recommend to anyone who want to stay warm without the bulk. And as you can see I'm just a regular guy not some model type. So they work great for anyone.
