They wouldn't fit everyone
I am a size 12-14 and can comfortably fit into my toning shorts, but I'm not sure whether a larger size could. They do a great job of toning me up and can be charged from the mains. The belt is a bit more generous. I've never used the arm toner, but if used regularly together, the shorts and belt can make a difference.

Be careful of the shorts
I love this item. I will say be careful. I'm a UK 10 with the big hips and thighs. I have to squeeze into the shorts. I'm noticing I can fit into the shorts a little better now I have used it 5 times a week for a few weeks now.

Really disappointed
Terrible disappointment. Even on the highest setting, this was poor. I can't imagine it will ever have an effect, and after two weeks use, I just feel like I'd have been better off spending half an hour doing actual crunches. Don't waste your time and money.

Not suitable for size 6 or 8
I’m size 8 and the shorts are too large so the pads are not in full contact. To utilise this overpriced equipment I tried wrapping with a maternity belt to make it tighter. But then it is too fiddly, so I stopped using it. Don’t buy the bottom toner shorts if you are slim and trying to tone, definitely not worth the money!
