The Naked Bible: The Truth about the most famous book in history

An inslut to an educated intelligence!
I'm biting my tongue while writing this review because I feel like I've been treated like an idiot by both Mauro and his buddy here, Giorgio Cattaneo. I'll try to remain neutral but it's gonna be difficult cause this book is so insulting to one's intelligence.I've watched several hours of Mario's You Tube videos and I have to say I liked what I saw there. I was intrigued by them and I thought I'd get more details from one of his books. That's what I was looking for. I didn't get it I'm afraid! I enjoy reading for knowledge but if I believed what is in this book, I fear I'd be getting dumber, not smarter. My first annoyance is Cattaneo's writing style. It's like it's an Agatha Christi's 'Miss Marple' novel directed towards junior high school students. If Mauro wants his 'findings' to be taken seriously, he picked the wrong partner to present them in this way. This is NOT an academic book. Perhaps that's what I was expecting because of Maruo's videos. Actually, considering his subject matter, anything presented in print like this SHOULD be academic…. You know… foot notes on vital comments not appropriate for expansion in the body of the text and most certainly REFERENCES to sources that back up the many… MANY assumptions he refers to in the text. But alas… there is almost none other than what is mentioned in the text itself and I'm telling you, there needs to be MUCH more than there is!The information that has any kind of traction here could be easily presented in a 8 -10 page PDF document including the much needed references that would strengthen his opinions. Instead, Cattaneo's been employed to pad it all out to just over 300 pages of mostly 'fluff'. There is a 'glossary' which lists merely 8 words / phrases and their 'true' translation definitions (according to Biglino) but he'd need way more than that to arrive at some of the conclusions he's postulating in this publication. But who'd pay $25 USD purchase price + $26 USD international shipping for that like I did? No one would!Again and again throughout the book, both Mauro and Giorgio say 'we're not making it up, it's all in the text, all you have to do is read it for yourselves' and yet over and over again, they draw conclusions from other 'ancient texts' (rarely mentioning their titles or sources) and infer a correlation between the two. That in itself would require a tonne of references to prior, credible works supporting such assumptions but where are they? Not in this book that's for sure!I'll mention only three 'facts' gleaned from Mauro's 'discovery' that caused my 'B.S.' meter to go off. The first is on p. 92 where Mauro refers to Ezekiel 20:25 in the bible (one of the few references he does give) which allowed me to go and check his opinion myself. His claim here is that the God of the bible required child sacrifices of the Israelites in the most remote of times before God changed his mind and altered the sacrifices to animals. Yet that's absolutely NOT what this entire chapter is talking about. Anyone can see from reading any number of the different translations (NIV, NKJ, KJ etc…) that their God is refusing an audience with various members of the Israelite tribe because they turned their backs on him and began worshiping a different god that WAS demanding child sacrifices of them. How Mauro could get this wrong is not merely a 'red flag' but cause to question his basic cognitive abilities! Unless he's using an entirely different translation which he's concocted with his new 'insights' but he never mentions this! However, it doesn't stop him from referring disparagingly of the God of the Israelites throughout the rest of the book due to the fact that he was once a 'blood thirsty baby murderer' of his own people! Based on what? His blatantly incorrect interpretation of an entire chapter that could never be misread in this way, even with his multiple translation corrections such as - 'God = Elohim which is a plural noun!'The second is on p.138 where Cattaneo is using the death of Socrates to make a point, and casually refers to him as a paedophile. "We all know that ethics are mutable and that there is nothing more unstable over time. A classic example? Socrates. Convicted on charges of 'corruption of the young'. Paedophilia, basically. But sexual relationships with minors was an ordinary accepted practice in ancient Greece."Where's the reference to ANY historical narrative which supports such a ridiculous assumption? No where of course. Perhaps this is some bad Italian joke that gets lost in translation….. Either I didn't get the joke or Cattaneo isn't as intellectual as he's pretending to be.After these two encounters with the collaborator's 'massive intellects' I found it very difficult to continue reading. How can you take anything they say seriously now that such gaping chasms have been experienced like these. Like I said earlier, if I think I'm leaning something, I'm all in. But now I smell a rat! And their continuous, massive assumptions and conclusions based on mostly imagination, but never expanded upon in desperately needed footnotes or carefully listed references makes me now think that I've been scammed out of my $50 USD and they're just laughing all the way to the bank.I finally put the book down and could continue no further when on p.193 they started talking about John the Baptist being a rebellion member recruiter for the coming messiah who would overthrow the Romans - this being Jesus. "John was effectively looking for fighters. He was selecting them. So, in all likelihood, he was looking for them among those who had already committed violent acts, thus demonstrating their ability, their will to fight and their effectiveness in combat." In other words, future warriors. "They were selected and, through baptism, ritually introduced into the group."This was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I couldn't read any further after this. If they backed that interpretation up with even the slightest of prior research validating such an opinion then perhaps… but as with nearly all of the previous rubbish they've harped on prior to this…. Nothing! The longer they stretched the 'truth bow' the more footnote elaborations and credible references they needed to provide but alas, they never come. Don't get me wrong… there's a bunch of stuff that 's 'interesting / entertaining' but with the massive and obviously incorrect blunders they've made elsewhere, why the hell would one just take anything they say on face value? One can't! Unless one's completely gullible or merely looking for (incredible) material to support one's confirmation biases! So, this book is for people who are intrigued with what Mauro has said in his videos and are prepared to swallow anything and everything thrown at them and are okay with tonnes and tonnes of assumptions, badly cross referenced to other material only scarcely explained but never referenced or greatly expanded upon. If you're totally busting to check it out for yourself, at least wait until you see it in a used bookstore 'bargain bin' for $5. I honestly don't think it's worth more than that. Or better yet…. Just leave it alone.

CONFIRMS MANY THINGS FOR ME, PERSONALLY ...
I will say this: This book confirms the odd feelings I experienced as a child when my mother made me attend Baptist Church; I never believed a word that preacher was saying. LOL It also confirms that, contrary to many others from my community, I NEVER believed I was an "Israelite," as their God is not in alignment with my personal (to each their own) energy---there's still so much more missing to the biblical puzzle. Personally, I have always followed the Gods of Ancient KMT once I discovered them in a more positive light (outside of what the Bible and the preachers said about them), for what they believe is more in alignment with how I think, live and breath the universe and all it's cosmic allure. Message to Mauro: Not only is this book changing the world ... it's FREEING souls. In view of this, it's urgent that you have ALL of your books translated into English as soon as possible, as I see some people are already trying to misquote you here and there, as faith is hard to reason with ... I get it. I am still waiting for your second English book to arrive at my door. Many blessings to you ... in all forms of existence.

Eye opening truth!
This book has confirmed some of the things that I have believed for the longest! I'm a 54 year old black female, that had been part of different denominations of Christianity. What I like: When I would ask a spiritual leader a question that they didn't know the answer to they would say it was a mystery of God. As a young I remember telling my older sister what if Jesus was really an alien like on Star trek. I often told others that names should not be translated but should be transliterated. What I dislike: The tone of disrespect for the elohim of Israel. Who are we to judge, what is brutal, inhumane when we are not able to judge mans actions. They entered into a binding contract and decided not to fulfill their part of it. That's one of the many things wrong in this world. Instead of renegotiating new terms they decided to break the contract and thought that there would be no consequences for their actions.I never thought that the fruit was an apple. The tree knowledge couldn't have been an elohim because then the tree of life would also be an elohim. So all the other trees would be an elohim. And humans were not to have sex with the elohim.Eve couldn't have had sex with the serpent, because Adam would have had sex with it also.I also think that the original sin was them deciding to disobey the elohim that made/fashioned them, in taking knowledge that was not meant for themThe power of the ruach came upon Mary. I think the ruach is some kind of energy source that elohim are able to control and manipulate to do many things.Since El Elyon is the highest elohim, he just maybe the father that Jesus was talking about. And if Yahweh is said that he would comfort his people (the God that comfort, Isaiah 66:11-13) he maybe the new testament comforter that the father would send in Jesus name.I recommended this book before I completed reading. This book is very helpful in reading the bible and other text. This book still do not explain what happens to people when they are baptized in the name of Jesus, speaking in tongues ( not the Unintelligent babbling that goes on in church across America) and disembodied entities. There are many things that are unknown to us. I will continue to search.

Some Very Revealing Things About the Bible
Do not let the cover scare you off -- this guy really has some sharp revelations about the book we have revered for ages... he raises questions that demand answers, and some of which he answers. In a way he is reminiscent of Bart Ehrman, revealing inconsistecies and some errors...It seems the NT Committee revealed by Hegland in Anunnaki Endgame III made some goofs when they wrote and rewrote a lot of the NT... and Hegland reveals Mauro's major points and expands on the NT creation and why it was done. Mauro's book is a must for your library if you are a truth-seeker in the Biblical Era.

Une pierre importante dans l'ouverture des yeux, mais faut pas arrêter là, tous ses autres livres en français sont aussi excellent.

True science is unafraid of questions
As a self taught linguist and one time Christian Pastor I was thrilled and shocked by how concisely Mr Biglino reveals what is so clearly the actual wording of the Bible, sans theology. How one interprets is a personal matter.I first encountered this plural noun Elohim over 40 years ago in a cult classic among my peers at the time - The Cosmic Conspiracy by Stan Deyo. The scholarly Mr Bigliono reveals the breathtaking full story. Check it out!

Incredible views sometimes require risky paths
In the words of Giorgio Cattaneo “[e]ncountering Mauro Biglino’s work is…deeply healthy, stimulating and inevitably destabilizing.” Read it to find out what that means. Warning: if you are weak in your faith, do NOT read this book. It’ll be Pandora’s box for you.
