Purchased for an older bedwetter (almost 8 years old). I should have given in years ago instead of assuming he'd outgrow the wetting any day now and washing sheets daily. These are working wonderfully - the bedroom no longer smells like urine every morning. No leak issues or anything.Only *complaint* is that I'm the only one who can get the insert in - including my oldest child and my husband, so I have to do it every night. Not sure if there's a design tweak that would make it easier to fit the insert in, but it's not a big deal now. More important that it works!

Good nighttime training tool
If you want to build a childs confidence when youre train him to stop night wetting, these are an exceptionally helpfull tool. I bought these, and within two weeks my kid was so happy to be a "big boy" that he is now able to hold it at night. They may leak a little depending on how the pad is positioned and if your kid has bigger legs, these may be a little tight. The pads, sold seperately, are eay overpriced. I used extra strength piise pads, and was able to lurchase 6 times more pads for a fraction of the price of this brand. These are good, if you want to help your kod onto the next stage, these are an awesome tool.

Completely inaccurate sizing
Horrible sizing! My son wears a 5t and is very skinny. He weighs 48 pounds and a s/m is so tight on him he barely got it pulled up.

Not for toddlers
Even the smallest size was way to big for my son. I guess maybe an older child having issues ? But my almost 5 year old couldnt use them. They are also hard to fill with liners and liners are extremely thick and my son said uncomfortable. He onky attempted these two times. Not what I expected

So close, yet so far
My son's sensitive skin seems to react to the regularea disposable Goodnites. We tried these as an alternative that would hopefully not irritate his skin.In that regard, they work extremely well. Whatever it is about the disposable pants that bothers him does not seem to be in the liners or the reusable underwear. The liners could use some work. Pack after pack, they seem to be too long for the area that holds them. This fact causes the liners to bunch and in turn, cause leaks. I'd also like to see more leak protection in the front than just a uniform level throughout the liner. Many days, the liner is pretty much dry in the back and my son is soaked to the skin in the front (if not completely soaked, pajamas, bed and all. These are not issues we had with the overnight style disposable pull-up style pants (which he has unfortunately outgrown) or the Goodnites disposable pants.I really want to love these but they're imperfect right now. It seems my son is either stuck having a horrible rash or waking up soaked every other morning with no good in between. I'll choose more work (laundry!) and expense (enzymatic cleaners for odor, etc) over abraded, irritated skin for him but I'm not happy about it.While I'm griping, I'd like to see the underpants available in more than just 2 designs. Would make them easier to keep track of.
