We ordered this mattress for my 97 year old mom, but it was too tall for her. She needed a low rise mattress. We were going to return this one but then when we had to replace the frame too to get her a replacement low rise bed, we moved the old frame and this Serta mattress to the guest room! It's a perfect addition to the guest room. So glad I canceled the return.

I was skeptical about buying a bed in a box off Amazon, but it is incredible. A good mixture of soft and firm, and so far it hasn't been too hot like I've read foam mattresses can get. It's heavy though, and the box was basically disintegrating when it got to me so it was a PITA to get inside the house. Definitely make sure to have it in place when removing the plastic because it unrolls fast.My last bed was a standard Serta with springs, but I think I'll be sticking to these hybrids from now on. My only concern is longevity, but my last Serta lasted well over 10/15 years.I've noticed I do sink in slightly, but it hasn't left an imprint yet, after about 5/6ish months. Still feels firm if I'm on my back, but conforms if I'm on my side, so it's great if you move around in your sleep.

Got a California King for $546.00! I’ve tried most bed in the boxes and always am so sore. This one is very comfortable, but I do wake up after about 3-5 hours with sore hips. The edges collapse all the way around which is a bummer, but this is the most comfortable bed I’ve had in awhile. It’s not firm, usually I need firm or I get back pain, it’s soft, but supportive (minus the hips). If it wasn’t such a good deal, I might return.

I have psoriatic arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. My joints always hurt terribly due to the arthritis and I used to toss and turn all night because of it. This mattress has allowed me to sleep all night long without waking up in pain. Even when I wake up in the morning my pain level is cut in half from what it used to be. It really feels like you are sleeping on a cloud that conforms to your body perfectly. The pressure that used to be placed on my joints while sleeping is no longer there.Set up was easy but it is super heavy. You definitely need 2 people to move it into the bedroom and get it up onto the bed frame. I use a platform bed and I cannot feel the slats underneath.I have had this mattress since February and have no complaints. If anything changes I will update.

Overall, we do get a decent sleep but a few things are forcing us to return. First, if you sit on the edge (for various reasons) the bed collapses right down. If you sleep near the edge, it will also sandwich down. This questions the longeavity of the bed. I'm about 230lbs and I feel it will lose its structure because of the foam. I don't feel that we'll get much life out of this bed. As mentioned, sitting on the edge is a no go. We will be shopping for a conventional framed bed after we return.We've had it for 2 weeks and have had decent sleeps, I'll give it 3 stars for that but the aforementioned problems make it a deal killer.

Worth the price a d comfortable for sure. Better than I was expecting for my nightly sleep and casual laying around. Thicker after it airs out for the day or two. It's all-around good for the rest given.

I was a little nervous purchasing this because I wanted it for a murphy bed. We gave had several guests sleep on this mattress since we purchased, and they've only had good things to say! Highly recommend this option if you're looking for something comfortable and affordable!
