Sadly, I tripped over my own feet when passing though the opening and stepped on the zipper. It came apart where the mechanism is as well as tearing the plastic off the wall. With a little struggle I was able to get the zipper back together and I credit the quality of the product to my being able to fix it. Two things I recommend after having this accident: 1) install the zipper with the pull end near the floor. 2) install the pull end about 3" off the floor. By putting the pull at the bottom, you cannot step on the pull accidentally because it will be up high above your head. If I had one complaint, its that there were NO instruction inclluded with the product. WHo woud have thought they'd be needed? But I might not have had this damage if I had instructions telling me to install so zipping upward opens the door. Review: Not sticky enough. - My zipper worked for a couple days and then it unstuck itself from the plastic on the bottom. I think it's because of the cold weather but that's why I bought it to keep out the cold.
