Bad experience
In 3 months I got a problem with fan. I registered a complain. Technician come and I was told that motor is not working and as it is in warranty it has to be replaced but company won't do it and u have to get it replaced from the dealer. I asked him give ma tag for replacement for this he told we are of of stock of tags. After many calls to customer care I got a replacement. The whole process took 2 months and I have to call every single day to customer care care for update and evertime I was told that in 2 days your problem will be resolved. Whenever I call them a new person talks and when I ask them that connect me to person whom I talked last time but they said we don't have that facility to transfer the call. So evwrytime I have to narrate a whole story to a new person. Really very very bad customer care centers. I suggest not to buy atomberg fans. We have many other brand options which give bldc motors and remote fans
