Been to Vornado and they don't speak English.** A: I’ve had no problem reaching Vornado’s Customer Service by telephone, albeit it was a lengthy wait to get through. But once I did, the rep was very helpful and thoroughly explained their 5-Year Warranty process. They open a Warranty Claim, you provide proof of purchase date (easy if bought on Amazon), along with the non-working fan’s Serial/Model # (located on fan itself), they instruct you to cut the fan’s power cord and take pics to send to Vornado. After that’s completed, they ship a new fan to you.
