FAILED AFTER TWO WEEKS
Still in use, but barely! After TWO WEEKS of use, the 3mm plug began to act up, suspect a fractured wire leading to the ear-buds. I am not hard on any of my audio items, ear-plugs especially. These however didn't perform anywhere near my expectations. As for the plug break, ... I've had to resort to finding the position where the reception of my MP3 player was the best, then rubber-band the wire to the plug to keep it in place. They are listed as being "tangle free". I've never had a pair of ear-buds that tangled up more than these.Ear=bud pads? Thin rubber product, that will pull away from the 'speaker', leaving the rubber bud product within ones ear, needing the listener to manually pull the item out of ones ear. I've paid half the amount on ear-buds at my local variety store, and gotten twice the lifetime as these are presently presenting (after two weeks). I tried them as they were 'braided', ... live and learn. My advice to anyone who purchases ear-buds from anyone, of any kind. Put a spring over the plug wire to help prevent bending of the wires to your device. I'm not even an "engineer" and I found that out. But the "engineers" won't ask one, ... ... will they?Buy a quality product, support the stress points and get more out of your ear-buds than these can ever give you.

The wires over all are very thin and poor quality even for a cheap pair of headphones and ...
Shipped with a broken wire causing one of the ear buds not to work and the touch controller to fail as well. The manufacturer used glue over the broken area to hide the damage and shipped these to me anyway broken. Also nowhere on the packaging does the name 'Kinwal' appear. Instead the name ZHZ CDMR is on the package making me wonder if these are 'Kinwal' earbuds as listed on Amazon. The second pair I ordered appears to be functional, but one of the wires again looks questionable meaning overly crimped and possibly bordering on shorting out.The wires over all are very thin and poor quality even for a cheap pair of headphones and very prone to crimping leading quickly to shorting out. Maybe if treated like china if the ear bud is even working when received and the manufacturer isn't pulling a fast one selling a defective product they might last a short time, but in reality no one really treats their ear buds like delicate china and these wouldn't last a week. These aren't even worth a dollar. Save your money and don't believe these over inflated false 4.5 star reviews. If you want cheap buy a pair of Colby or Skull Candy earbuds at least they are worth 11 dollars.

Too bad
While they worked, they had good sound quality. But after only a few weeks, the cable near the jack seemed to be causing problems. Now it only has sound out of one earbud. It will produce sound from both but very intermittently. The nylon cord is very thin. It feels cheaply made. It kinks up often. I prefer nylon cords precisely because they don't kink up but these do. If they would have kept working, I would have given this 4 stars based on sound quality alone.

Not the best earphones.
I'll start with the pros. I liked the feel of the cord, and the variety of the colour options. The price was decent but it felt like you got what you paid for... the earbuds came out of my ear very easily and I have small ears as is. The microphone starts off super sensitive but then you have to yell for the second party to hear you. On the receiving end, if there are other noises outside of the person speaking to me, there is a buzz/high pitched noise that comes through the feed. I wouldn't recommend if you're a quiet spoken person and move around a lot.

uying these are a cheap risk
Okay first time they lasted for a few month and then stopped working in one ear while the other bud started to go in and out, coming apart a bit. This isn't uncommon in earbuds of this price range and up until then they worked very well. I bought them a second time, and one earbud broke within the first week having it. Buying these are a cheap risk. I'm not saying don't do it (they second pair may have just been an anomaly), I'm just saying be cautious.

outstanding sound
I Love these!!My last pair were my faves, but this pair could give it a run for the money!Best sound quality I've heard in awhile and the bass in are fantastic! I like that there's extra length to the cord, about four feet. And the best feature is the remote button to control music, or phone, it even picked up Siri on the iPhone. You also get 3 extra earbud tips of different sizes not including the set already on them. The sound is amazing!Connects to my Apple devices no problems even the old nano

Decent earbuds with flaws
I've had these headphones since November 19th, 2017 and these were a replacement pair for my HTC 10. Upon receiving it, I've noticed they have a distinct smell as if there were perfume applied to it- I'm not sure what's the idea behind it , but the smell did go away eventually within a span of 3 months.WHAT I LIKED:1) Braided cables2) Interchangeable earbud sizesWHAT I DID NOT LIKE:1) Even though it is braided, it was very narrow and tangled a lot despite their advertisement2) Earbuds were HUGE- Heavy- Uncomfortable after an hour3) Smell- Might be my personal opinion, but what's the point of having fragrance on the ear budsTake-away: For $12, these seemed promising but in the end it failed to please me. I stopped using it for a month because of the cons. You can find a cheaper pair, ME RX18 that are way more comfortable
