This hub is great! For the price, it is absolutely well worth it. No issues at all. I simply plugged it into my Samsung Galaxy S10+, put in a wireless mouse dongle, turned on my bluetooth keyboard, and I had Samsung Dex up and running instantly. I highly recommend purchasing this item if you are looking at a way to expand the usage of you Samsung device and utilize Dex, or even if you just need the extra usb, usb c, hdmi, & card readers. Don't hesitate, just buy it!

I was looking for a hub as my earlier one did not have Ethernet port. I used other products from PiBox, so though there we slightly cheaper ones, I went with PiBox. Tested for my requirements. It works well. Device looks sturdy due to metal casing. But not very heavy. The case is getting warm. They already mentioned in the box about it. So, no complaint. But my earlier did not get warm like this. May be because of additional Ethernet port. There were some additional nice features/gestures in the box. A bag, cap for USB C port, RF protection and phone stand. Not something I will be using every day, except phone stand. But it might be useful for someone else. Like, if you want to carry the hub in your bag. Instead of dumping with other items, you can put it in the provided bag to avoid scratches to the surface of the device.In additional i really liked the way it was packaged. Some nice tips all round the box. No un-necessary manuals, at the same time useful tips around the containers.Update after initial usage===================* The device gets hot when charging after some 30 mins. Not just warm.* All external devices disconnect when I remove or connect power cable, while it is connect to Macbook. Same issue during power disruptions. This includes the network connectivity. It comes back after few seconds.* I also had frequent network connectivity issue with this device. The cable is connected, the LED ad port the blinks. But the no network connectivity. My router does not show the device. Reduced 2 starts for reliability issues.

It is made of metal. Quality is excellent, I only found the cable to be a little short and can be damaged quickly...other than that...the product is recommended by me. GO FOR IT..
