Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Starlight - (Renewed)

I bought an iPhone 13 in Excellent condition. It certainly is. No marks or scratches to be found. The battery is at 86%. Also included was a UK usb a and usb c charger. A charging cable and a screen protector. This was supplied by Sandox Ltd through Amazon renewed. I would recommend this service.

An excellent refurbished iphone, looks brand new. Not a single scratch or mark. Nicely packaged in simple carboard box with a new charging lead and instructions for warranty registration. Can't fault it. Very happy customer.

I ordered this iPhone 13 as I wanted to return to Apple but didn’t need or want the latest and more expensive phone. This phone more than meets my needs and runs the latest apple OS. The phone itself is, even after I’ve used it for a while, as new. Good battery life and also the peace of mind that a warranty gives. Looking at other phones this presents as excellent value for money and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.

Upd:After customer service approved return and seller received iphone back, I received message: “ We have received this item back and this device has severe damage to the screen as well as the screen completely detached from its body, I have attached photos for con-firmation. Due to the damage caused to the device, we would not be able to accept this return and are now required to return the item to you. I apologise if this is not what you wanted to hear.” Nonsense. Screen detached after 3 months. Non-genuine battery. Seller refused refund. The phone looked fine on arrival. However, from day one, iOS showed a warning that the battery could not be verified as genuine — no battery health percentage was ever displayed. I didn’t fully understand what this meant at the time. Three months later, the screen detached completely while my daughter was at school — no drop, no impact, just taken out of a pocket. The screen fell off and cracked at the corners, making the phone unusable. Once the screen came off, the non-genuine battery was clearly visible inside. I contacted the seller requesting a refund. They refused and offered only a repair — for a phone that was sold with undisclosed non-genuine parts and an improperly secured screen. This device was not properly refurbished. It was not as described. I would not recommend purchasing renewed devices from this seller.

Good phone in good condition for a fair price, quick delivery

The phone itself is in a better than Excellent condition according to the Amazon rating system as all cosmetics and functions are nearly as new condition. The bonus, the battery health is at 92% charging capacity. The seller has a 30 day return policy for exchange or refund as long as you contact them first. The phone does come with a renewed 12 month warranty covering manufacture defects and a three month warranty for the battery. The value for money is excellent considering there are other entities that sell renewed/refurbished phones for similar pricing but with only a one month warranty policy and of course no Amazon assistance if needed.

We have bought 3 of these over the last 18 months as we have upgraded the family’s phones one by one, and have been delighted with them. They have looked as good as new - we went for the best condition option - and great peace of mind with the 12 month warranty. One phone had to be returned twice due to a battery issue, then a loose screen. On both occasions the phone was sent & returned by Saisales in under 5 days, & communication was excellent. For each communication, they got back to us in a couple of hours. Seems better service than buying a new phone! We are about to buy a 4th.

So far so good. The only issue is that I can't make phone calls: I've gotten an esim and have transferred everything over from my old phone, I can receive phone calls, and I can make and receive Whatsapp phone calls, but the regular phone function doesn't work. I am hoping that another visit to Vodafone will resolve this, otherwise I'll have to return it. But no complains about the handset: there a couple of very minor dents but it's otherwise pristine, the screen is scratch-free and looks new, the camera works great, and the battery is decent (it's clear that it's refurbished but it lasts about a day). Overall I'd say that while pricey, it was probably worth it. Glad there's a one-year guarantee in the event I can't get the phone function to work or it conks out for whatever reason!

Compré este iPhone 13 de 128 GB en color rosa reacondicionado y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. El móvil llegó en perfecto estado estético, apenas algún microarañazo casi imperceptible, y la batería estaba al 95 % de capacidad, lo cual me parece más que razonable.Estado general excelente, parece nuevo. Batería en muy buen nivel (95 %). Rendimiento fluido, sin fallos. Buena relación calidad-precio frente a uno nuevo.
