I assume this is what I want for my pontoon boat that has a radio that is not sirius xm ready?

We bough this unit for a vehicle that was not sirius xm ready, and this has worked perfect. We also have the option to move the unit around (deck, camper, boat).

According to the specs. the power source of this unit is "batterypowered" so, i ask if this can run on it's battery alone? includin in a boom box.

This radio is not powered, it can run off your vehicles power, home power of the power of the batteries of the boombox, the boombox comes with a power adapter for plugging in to home current.

Will this Xmas radio work in a 2000 Mercedes Benz

It should work on any Radio that has an AC input
