I love this tea; been drinking it for years now. It's very flavorful. You get the lovely taste of chai without the caffeine of a black tea, which I appreciate. It smells great when brewed and has a pleasant, spicy taste to it when drinking.Everything is organic and fair trade, which I appreciate. No artificial flavors or weird ingredients to add flavor - just the natural spices 'n rooibos. No sweetener in the tea itself, but you're free to add honey, sugar, or whatever else you like - I enjoy it with a little honey, but it's good without as well. It's also nice with a little cream, milk, soymilk or whatever added to it, if that's your thing.This flavor's great for the autumn and winter months especially. If you're a fan of herbal teas and/or chai, I recommend it!

I’m obsessed with chai but have a hard time with caffeine. I love that this is naturally decaffeinated and made with rooibos tea (great health benefits to rooibos!). I could easily drink 5 cups of this a day! I add a splash of half-&-half and sometimes agave nectar but it really doesn’t need any sweetener added. Great flavor and no weird or unnecessary additives and I love that it’s organic!

It is very good. I came from drinking the artificial Chai that I loved but had to quit it because I am trying to be healthier and all the sugars are no bueno. I of course add almond milk and honey. It definetly has a rich spice taste different to what I was use to but very good.

I love this tea and would give it a 5 star, it's delicious and perfect for a caffeine free healthy warm chai drink this fall season. I love drinking it plain or with a little honey and cream....the reason I didn't give it 5 star is because I had a little problem with the seller. I ordered this tea a few days ago for 17.21 but was sent the wrong item by mistake. Customer service was able to refund me but I still want this tea so I came to reorder it but the price has gone up to 20.82 already. I'm happy that customer service was able to sort out the original mistake, but because the seller made a mistake the first time, i now have to pay an extra 3.61 if I want this tea and I also have to wait an extra few days to enjoy it.Mistakes happen, don't let that stop you from enjoying this wonderful tea...It's great!I'm just going to have to wait a little longer for mine...

I am writing this review before receiving the product. I get so many emails, I wish Amazon could coordinate a teeny bit better --the order was delayed but they're still wanting a review. I have ordered it before, so i will say that assuming it's the same stuff, it's delicious. I like very strong flavor, not watery -- and this tea has excellent credentials, and well as taste. It seems expensive, but I'm willing to go the extra mile for the quality. And I am avoiding caffeine.

I love chai and I ended up with this product when my husband bought it by accident. To me, it tasted like chai, but without the caffeine, which made it a great choice for late afternoon/early evening. I drink it black, but it would probably be good with a sweeter of some sort and maybe even some milk. I also happen to love rooibos tea, so this was a happy accident for me. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, price was good. What's not to love?

I'm not usually a big fan of rooibos and chai-style teas, so this was a stretch for me, but I do like most Numi teas and decided to give this a shot to give me another caffeine-free option in the afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised, the spice flavors are complex and balanced, and compliment the rooibos flavor nicely without being overpowering. We'll see how I feel after 3 boxes of it, but I see this being part of my regular rotation, second to Numi Black Vanilla Decaf.

This tea is super delicious and a great treat at night when i don't want caffeine , i actually really love chai and this is good chai. After trying lots of brands Numi is my favorite. I trust their ingredients and their packaging. Great product.

It is the best blend I have ever had. So full of rich flavors. Excellent evening brew or mixed with black tea.

The mix is weird, its sweet !! i though it will have more of a cinnamon taste, but not really! tastes like something you'd eat in a hospital!
