Leeway Plates - super duper
Very happy with the Leeway plates, these and the 20kg pair, 5kg pair and the Olympic size bar. Home gym set up is done. Also must add Leeway customer support is quite helpful and patient!

Dangerously unequal weights on both sides and cheated with less weights
It is disgusting experience with this seller. I provided screen shots for proof of reference.1. The seller provided ,Weight plates that are less weight than what is mentioned on the product2. The weight plates are dangerously unequal on both sides. For example, if one 10 kg plate is 9.498 other 10 kg 9.804 etc . IT IS HUGE HEALTH RISK IF NO BALANCE ON BOTH SIDES .3. The seller told me that they will replace long back ago ON 4 OCTOBER 2023 but till DATA ,did not provide solution4. Worst customer support .customer support representative was trying to convince since the plates are shot off some 1kg will give money for only 1kg . How stupid too was !!!!!!5. After lot of follow up , arguments , the customer support representative ASSURED FOR REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY WEIGHTS ON 4 OCTOBER 2023 but till date no solution. They do not reply fast enough purposefully . This will result in lost of time , arguments, and NO EXERCISE for long time if no alternative plates.6. Plates of 20kg , 15kg , 2.5 kg are equal on both sides and also EXACT as mentioned. But 20 kg, has scratches, holes poked into it. 20kg, 15kg are old or used up may be, did not come in plastic cover like 2.5kg, 5kg . It is all mess or cheating if some error why weights are on lesser side than what is mentioned . why not on he heavier side ? The seller should have Done quality checks before shipping . If they are in business of gym equipment it is basic, MINIMUM responsibility is to ENSURE ALTEST CORRECT SAME, ACCURATE WEIGHTS AND PROPER BALANCE.I will update the review if the seller fist refund for faulty weights or first gives me correct weights and then take his faulty weights back.
