I struggle with knee pain pretty regularly. So I ordered this product. I expected it to be uncomfortable, sweaty and minimally effective. But my pain is frequent and significant enough that I felt it was worth the purchase. I could not have been more wrong. This products effectiveness borders on miraculous. I barely noticed they were on after a couple minutes. And if I was wearing pants instead of shorts, I bet I would’ve forgotten they were on at all. Comfy. No slip. No itching. Breathable. EFFECTIVE!!!!!! I truly wish I could give this a thousand stars. I’m like my younger self again. No one paid me to say this. In fact, had I known how good it would be, I would’ve paid triple.

I tried a lot of knee braces and this one works the best! You can fold over the bottom half onto your knee for even greater support. Forget the expensive ones with the straps, this works good with meniscus tears and arthritic knees. I keep one in my car and home easy to slip on if needed

For information's sake, I use knee sleeves for my MCL, and fluid build up in the knee caused by a car accident where the outside of my knee smashed into the dash hyper-extending the MCL on the inside of the knee. I've had 3 surgeries because the fluid in my knee doesn't get absorbed or drain pretty much at all, so we've tried lots of compression & exercise to help my body absorb the fluid. I also started ozone injections 2 years ago in my MCL, patellar tendon, under the patella, in my knee capsule, and meniscus. I did have arthritis and now I don't, I did have patella femoral syndrome and now I don't (I was going to need a lateral raise on the patella, too). The fight with my knee has best been served by ozone, and then the complimentary therapies I do, such as compression, movement, exercise, ice, massage. In case there is anyone reading this that is a chronic knee pain sufferer, I wanted to put the plug in for ozone. I get ozone now for fluid and an inflamed MCL.This is a very stable knee sleeve. Too stable, ultimately. It has not stretched, which is a good thing. But it is extremely tight, which is also a good thing, for most. I can now only wear it at night because it causes my knee, all the way down to my toes, to get extremely swollen. I didn't wear it all day before, but I was wearing it for my treadmill and daily exercise, which is about 80 minutes, and probably another 3-4 hours to help with the fluid pain. Even with it off now in the day, I am still having to take a break every 10 minutes on the treadmill to move my ankle around and break up all the swollen tissues. And my husband does a deep massage on my foot and leg while it's elevated to undo the swelling.At first, the sleeve fit just fine. But after a few weeks of having it, I have SO much fluid around my knee, inside my knee capsule, and everywhere gravity pulls fluid down, that the sleeve will not slide on without brute effort, even when I only wear it at night. I so wish the knee sleeve didn't cause swelling. This has been the only sleeve I've had so far where when I put it on at night, I have immediate relief. But also the only sleeve I've had where after 45-60 minutes, my knee throbs from the swelling and I have to take it off. So I'm going to be wearing it only when I go to bed, and take it off right when I wake up before I start walking around.I think it's important for people to know if you have an issue with fluid build up in your knee, this may not the sleeve for you. This sleeve will serve many very well if they need support for tendons, ligaments, muscles, etc, and they don't need to keep it on long-term.

I had surgery to attach my lcl to my broken fibula and am waiting for surgery on my mcl pcl and acl. Wearing a leg immobilizer by itself is insanely uncomfortable plus the pain. I just got an xl sized sleeve even tho my measurement of my upper thigh was right in the middle of 2xl I know when swelling and inflammation goes down can still use this. I wasn’t a believer but my physical therapist told me to get done for the time being and this has taken away a TON of the pain I’m just laid up on the couch right now writing thisSizing is still perfect obviously I don’t have much mobility but it feels good on my knee and went on easy and it doesn’t feel like it’s going anywhere but where it stays.This has changed my outlook on my pain management and recovery already maybe it’s placebo but placebo doesn’t take pin away from how serious of an injury that I have.I could not recommend this more

I got this yesterday. It's well made and very supportive. Beware of this: When I put it on yesterday it felt great. The problem I experienced was after about 30 minutes it became so uncomfortable I had to take it off. Because of my knee pain I decided to try again the next day. This time I put it on 1/2 to 1 inch lower than previously. I found that I was still getting great support and it stayed comfortable. I've had it on for 8 hours today without pain. So, follow the directions on measuring. I'm 5' 9" 185 pounds and got an extra large per the sizing chart. If it gets too uncomfortable just try lowering it a bit.

The braces work great…as long as they stay up. The first day I was blown away at the relief I received. But on the third day, they started slipping and rolling down, and bunching at the bend of my knees. I even tried putting a sleeve underneath and they still keep sliding down. I bought the correct size but they just don’t stay put. Very disappointing because they give so much relief. And so my search continues.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Right out of the box they have performed just as described, they stay in place and do the job they are supposed to do.Mobility:I need compression and stabilization, not heavy bracing, these are perfect for my needs.Compression:They provide compression without being overly binding, very comfortable to wear.

Very good quality, great compression, very easy to put on and it is comfortable also.
