Let me first say that I am a power lifter and a little soggy around the mid section. So my biggest issue with dip belts in general is pinching when I added anything more than a 45 LB weight. I have used the belt about 4 times now and it does not pinch or tear at my skin.The first thing that I noticed about this belt was the additional back support that was similar to may weight lifting belts. Again, I thought that it would lead to an uncomfortable situation but I was wrong. This is one of the most comfortable Dip belts that I have used and it dispersed the weight onto my back and hips very well. The only area for improvement that I see is a few extra inches of chain for us big guys. I have a 42 inch waste and lets just say even a 25 lb weight can come a to close for comfort during pull-ups or dips when I'm rocking back and forth. That's my issue though I should probably loose a few inches for *health* reasons anyways.

When i first looked at this i had my 2nd thoughts about it as i hadnt heard of the brand before and the price was almost too good to be true. I decided to pull the trigger and upon arrival i immediately realized how well it was made, it just feels sturdy and put together well. So far i have used it for months mainly for weighted dips and pullups and its pretty comfortable. I havent loaded it past about 25lbs so i cant comment on how it would hold up to much more than that, but so far so good. I would DEFINITELY recommend!

Great belt and material. Very comfortable and you can tell it will last a long time. My only complaint is the hooks... As soon as I tried to add weight, I almost cut my finger because of the hook finish. It has a metal spike that it is easy to get a cut with.Other than that, great belt and chain.

I get alerts of purchases made on my account and lately my husband has been ordering lots of things on Amazon. The picture of this came across my email. I saw a black leather choker with silver chains. Could this be a Halloween costume? Oooooooor was the Mr. getting kinky? I quickly panicked, then started to imagine what we could do with this choker. Was it going to be a hot, steamy, and wild evening? Should I send the kids to bed early tonight? I logged into Amazon and went straight to the reviews to get ideas. The reviews were disappointing and said something about being comfortable around the waist and helping with dips. I had imagined using this as a choker and what I could do, but I'll roll with it. I can improvise.Last night, to surprise the Mr., I sent the kids to bed early, turned off the lights in the bedroom and lit some candles. I fitted the belt around my waist but it kept sliding off so I positioned myself lying on the bed so the belt would stay put. On the nightstand, I included our usual can of whipped cream and because reviews said dips were really good, I included a couple of Mr.'s favorites. Just a few tips... the spinach artichoke dips gets runny and messy as it heats on the body. The 9 layer dip held up better but required too much chewing and spoiled the timing of, uh, things.The product's picture is accurate, but the alert's picture needs a model to show how it is worn on the body to avoid the wrong assumption I made. Glad the Mr. found this product. The Mr. said he would give this belt a 10 star review if he could because he unexpectedly found a dual purpose for it. Every morning, I see the Mr. take it to the gym and bring it back. The Mr. is always so good at finding new ways to use things and I hope this review helps out others on the fence of buying this because you can use it multiple ways. Great value for the money.

I researched and researched and researched and finally pulled the trigger on this one as my first ever dip belt. If anyone else is agonizing over the decision, I recommend you just go with this one.It fits great, no issues with the chain, no “poky” spots etc. I can tell that if/when the time comes to either extend the current chain or replace it altogether with something a little heavier duty, it will be a simple and cheap trip to the hardware store. However, as an average person, I doubt I’ll ever have to do that.

To anyone who is looking for weighted belt. I highly recommend RIMSports. Let me explain to you my process. I purchased the camo design about 7 months ago. I have been strengthening myself so that I can use the belt. Turns out, I didnt use it and its practically brand new. I contacted Amazon, they mentioned to exchange for the black one its already been past your return date. So I then reached out to RIMSports via email then their FB page.Turns out the owner was responding in the FB page. I explained to him that all I want is to exchange for a black one. I will send the camo one back to them. He said not a problem. Problem solved!Thank you again!

The belt itself is a nice fabric and seems like it will wear well, but the chain is definitely underwhelming as others have suggested. It’s not that I will be using such heavy weights that it could possibly snap but it doesn’t give a strong sense of confidence based on its gauge. I will probably make a trip to the hardware store to get a more sturdy chain. But otherwise it’s a nice belt for the money.

Muy buen cinturón, si resiste el peso que menciona, pero si cabe mencionar que lo "aros negros" donde se coloca la cadena, se despintan, aunque eso no afecta al funcionamiento.

Arrived in less than 24 hours with Prime shipping. Still new, so I can't comment on durability but it's comfortable and looks well-made. The chain is a good length. Looking forward to using it regularly.

This belt is great! It has a nice comfortable fit and works well for both dips and pull ups. It's not too bulky so fits in my gym bag easy! Very satisfied with the purchase!
