Q: Is this a real Glass replacement that is the same thickness as the original Glass screen.

I am unsure abut the thickness, but I think it is glass. The tape that hold it to the I pad is pealing off now. I need to change the rating I gave.

Q: Will this fit model A1432?

If I'm correct, an A1432 is an iPad Mini. This does not work for an iPad Mini
