I use Allegra at the behest of my ENT. It works well for me, as I am useless if I take a Benadryl... I'm sure all the other brands work well for others, but the Allegra works best for me and my particular allergies. Again, 'your mileage may vary'. Everyone's body reacts differently to nearly all pharmaceuticals. What works for my may not work for you, but I find the Allegra brand to give me the best effect without making me drowsy.
