Love the rich blue color!❤️
I absolutely love the way this color turned out after stirring for quite a while. I ended up using it to glaze a few things and thrilled how the color that came out. I only did two coats because it was so thick. I figured it was comparable to three coats. The color is Ultramarine. I also bought the color Enchantment, which was only 2/3 of the way full and very thick might be sending back.

Great red for oxidation firing!
Love this glaze with its depth that shows a hint of gold within the structure of the glaze. Turns brown in contact with clear zinc free glaze (HF-9). Quite runny so provide a dam grove at the bottom of the piece to catch and control the run.

Incredibly beautiful
The media could not be loaded. Firstly, nothing comes out like the pictures in my experience. That said… I did a test firing swatch on a darker clay body to cone 6 and it came out so beautiful. It’s higher level of opacity worked really nicely on the darker clay. It is a shimmering type of blue with a lot of depth and multiplicity of tones. Something one doesn’t normally get from the more opaque glazes…So it’s best of both worlds here. That said keep in mind I’ve only done a test swatch...So there is more to discover. I can’t wait to use it more in my next firings.

Big chunk, ugly color
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Color shown in listing was beautiful but fired to a dull dark red. When the product arrived it was a solid chunk. Used an immersion blender to attempt to break it up but it remains lumpy and inconsistent.

Not as red as the picture but still nice
Fired to come 6, brushed onto this figure I made. It was pretty difficult to mix because everything was at the bottom. Needed to be mixed and added water to help thin for brushing but a lot of chunks wouldn’t dissolve. It looks nice but it’s less bright than the picture

Gorgeous glaze
This is my favorite red! Applied thin it pulls mostly a very dark brown, almost black. Thicker areas have a beautiful effect, and it plays nicely used with the mayco crystal effect glazes that I use. Lovely!

Much lighter blue on (White) Dover clay body.
This floating blue glaze came out much lighter blue than the pictured sample when applied to my (white) Dover clay body. It didn’t run which was nice. I’m going to try it on a red clay body and see if that is more like the pictured sample.
