This was recommended to me by my doctor to regulate my periods and lessen the severity a bit. This product worked well and I did notice a difference, but the bottle smelled like mothballs.

I used to take Alani Nu’s balance pills to help clear my acne. Doing further research I found that it was the DIM in the supplement that helped with my acne. This is a much cheaper alternative for just helping clear up hormonal acne. I take once in the morning and once at night and it has cleared up the hormonal acne I would get severely on my back and around my jawline.

I'm using this product to help decrease my body % fat and increase my metabolism. I combine this with L-Carnitine and have been using the two for the past 2 weeks! MAJOR difference. I am now down to 14% body fat and I lost 2 inches in my weight. (note I DO eat a very clean diet as well as strength/cardio 5 days a week 1.5 hours) As a woman it's MUCH harder to lose the body fat, but this has REALLY helped me by combining the two.I can't make a review JUST based on the 1 product since I have been combining the 2.

I noticed an almost immediate difference after starting to take this product. PMS was pretty much non existent, my mood swings under control, skin was glowing and acne free and best of all, I’m pregnant after 10 months of trying!
